About NueBlū and methylene blue
What is methylene blue?
Methylene blue is a compound first made in 1876. Researchers have studied it for its role in how cells produce energy inside the mitochondria. Each NueBlū formula pairs a measured amount with well-known ingredients such as L-theanine, CoQ10 and NAC.
Is it safe for me?
It isn’t right for everyone. Please do not take NueBlū if you take SSRIs or other antidepressants, if you have G6PD deficiency, or if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or under 18. If you take any prescription medicine, check with your doctor first. Our safety page explains who shouldn’t take it and why.
Will it turn anything blue?
Your urine may look blue or green. This is expected and harmless. It’s simply the methylene blue leaving your body.
How long until I notice anything?
Everyone is different, so we don’t promise a timeline. Many of our ingredients were studied over several weeks of daily use. We suggest taking it every day with food for the full 30 days of one jar before you decide.
Is this a subscription?
Only if you choose one. A one-time order is one jar with one payment, and nothing renews automatically. If you subscribe instead, you choose how often a jar is delivered, and you can skip or cancel anytime.
Refocus
One capsule or two?
The label allows 1 to 2 capsules a day with food. You can start with one and move to two. Each capsule has 7 mg of methylene blue, so the full 2-capsule serving has 14 mg. At two capsules a day, one jar lasts 30 days; at one a day, up to 60.
Recharge
When should I take it?
Take it first thing in the morning, with breakfast, and avoid late evenings so it doesn’t get in the way of your sleep. Take 2 capsules with food.
Restore
Can I take Restore with Refocus or Recharge?
You can, but check the total first. All three formulas at full servings add up to 34 mg of methylene blue a day. Please talk to your doctor before combining them, and never combine them if you take any of the medicines listed in our safety notes.

How long does shipping take?
Free US shipping. Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days and usually arrive in 5 to 10.
Can I return it?
Changed your mind? Returns are free, subject to our return policy. To request a refund, email contact@nueblu.co. If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, we replace it or refund you.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, free of charge, any time before it ships. Email contact@nueblu.co with your order number.
How do I pay?
Checkout is handled securely by Shopify. You can pay with Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal or any major card.
