Safety
Who should and shouldn’t take NueBlū
Do not take NueBlū if you:
- Take antidepressants or other serotonergic medicines. This includes SSRIs, SNRIs, MAOIs, tricyclic antidepressants, tramadol, meperidine, linezolid, St. John’s Wort, 5-HTP or high-dose tryptophan. Methylene blue can interact with these and cause a serious reaction called serotonin syndrome.
- Have G6PD deficiency, or are allergic to thiazine dyes.
- Are pregnant or nursing, or are under 18.
Talk to your doctor or pharmacist first if you:
- Take any prescription medicine. Methylene blue can change how the liver processes some medicines.
- Have any ongoing medical condition.
- Plan to combine more than one NueBlū formula.
A simple way to ask: show your doctor or pharmacist the Supplement Facts panel on the product page, which lists every ingredient and amount.
What’s normal
Your urine (and sometimes stool) may turn blue or green. This is expected and harmless. It is simply the methylene blue leaving your body.
Possible side effects
Some people notice nausea, headache, dizziness or a faster heartbeat. If that happens, stop taking NueBlū and talk to your doctor.
How much methylene blue is in each formula
| Formula | Daily serving | Methylene blue per day |
|---|---|---|
| Refocus | 1–2 capsules | 14 mg |
| Recharge | 2 capsules | 10 mg |
| Restore | 2 capsules | 10 mg |
Taking all three formulas at full servings adds up to 34 mg a day. Don’t exceed the directions on the label.
